Entry Requirements

  • Possess technical skills and knowledge in Food & Beverage Operations

Competition Format

Competitors will be required to:

  • Present and maintain a professional image throughout the competition
  • Identify a range of liqueurs, wines and spirits by sight and smell
  • Prepare and serve a range of espresso-based coffees and signature coffees
  • Mix and serve alcoholic beverages include cocktails, liqueurs and wines
  • Dress and set up tables including buffet table for different dining styles for a maximum of 4 persons based on a given menu
  • Prepare for restaurant service including mise-en-place and folding of napkins
  • Provide restaurant service in the different styles for casual and fine dining
  • Perform carving and tableside cooking
  • Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages
