A message from the President of WorldSkills International

I was delighted to see the formation of the Singapore Alumni Network as its exactly the sort of initiative we hope will spread to all 45 country members of the WorldSkills movement.

Your Network president and vice president, Tan Kian Ann and Viridis Liew participated in WorldSkills International’s first Youth Forum held in Melbourne in May this year, and if you haven’t had the chance to read the forum’s forward thinking ideas and recommendations for improving WorldSkills I suggest you check it out on the WorldSkills site (www.worldskills.org).

Welcome to the WorldSkills Singapore Network Portal!

Welcome to the WorldSkills Singapore Network Portal!

Every two years, over a hundred of Singapore’s youngest and best trained talents from our tertiary institutions will be joining us in this network. There is immense potential in this network of skilled talents! Together we will come together to help Singapore excel in technical skills, and move up the ranks in the WorldSkills Competition!

This portal is a place where we will be keeping you, our members, updated on the happenings in the WSN, and the WorldSkills arena. Eventually, you will also be able to log on to an online forum to share your ideas and experiences, make friends of similar interests, and even find jobs!

The 1st management committee is currently in the process of setting up this website, and soon, you will be given your username and password, so we can all start interacting and knowing each other better.

Would you have any queries, comments or suggestions on what the management committee can organise for WSN? Drop us an email or ring us, at the contact us page!
